Cash on Delivery

Please pay the delivery driver upon receipt of your order.

Credit Card
This is a credit card payment service. After placing your order, please proceed with the payment as instructed on the screen.
To provide a safer and more secure credit card payment experience, the Shop uses 3D Secure 2.0, an authentication service that verifies the identity of the cardholder.This service helps prevent unauthorized use by third parties by requiring you to enter a an additional password in addition to your card number and expiration date.
To use this service, you may need to register in advance, free of charge, through your credit card issuer's website and set up the required authentication method.
This additional authentication helps ensure that only the authorized cardholder can complete the payment process, helping to prevent fraudulent use by third parties.
When using this service, please note the following:

Free shipping on orders of ¥33,000 (tax included) or more.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept changes, cancellations, or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, such as the design not being as expected or the item not fitting as expected.
n the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item different from the one you ordered, we will gladly arrange a replacement, provided the item is unused.
Please contact us first, then return the item within 7 days of delivery using collect-on-delivery shipping.
If a replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding any returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, we do not accept changes or cancellations due to customer preference, nor do we accept exchanges for other items.
In case of long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery
If you are unable to receive your order within 7 days of the first delivery attempt, the package will be returned to stina in accordance with Yamato Transport's policy. Additional shipping fees will apply if the order is reshipped. If an order is returned due to an extended absence or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to decline future orders.
Email Settings
Confirmation emails will be sent from stinawebstore@stina.jp after your order is confirmed, after your payment is confirmed, and after your order has been shipped.
If you have spam filters or other email restrictions enabled, you may not receive our emails. Please add stinawebstore@stina.jp to your list of approved senders to ensure that you receive our emails.
